With industry experience dating back to 1990, Genus Recycling has been around a bit! Through running depots, buying for large paper mills and global trading, our business has experience in all areas of industry. When it comes to paper recycling, you’re in a safe pair of hands.
Our knowledge of the paper industry and the complexities of turning recycled fibres into various grades of paper are second nature to us. We can therefore help our customers gain access to the quality they need and through our broad network of suppliers, we are able to do so quickly and reliably.

Rick Waterson - Director
Starting his career in the early 90’s Rick has held many senior roles within the industry.
Patrick Kilcoyne - Director
Patrick has over 30 years experience in the recycling industry and a proven track record as an MD and company director.
Billie Chadwick - Director
Billie is passionate about working in partnership with the paper manufacturing industry to enhance sustainability and operational efficiency.
Paul Breen - Commercial Manager
Paul is integral to the support and continued expansion in all our networks, building our ‘at-source supply’ business area.
Dan Billington
Dan is our Commercial Manager with over 9 years’ experience in the industry in account management and quality roles.
Frankie Chadwick
As our Logistics Manager, Frankie’s senior management experience allows her to perform a well run customer service.
Karolina Zielazowska
Originally from Poland, Karolina moved to the UK after gaining extensive accounts experience in the US.
Clare Lewis
Clare is our Logistics Assistant and has held many administrative roles across various industries.
